SAMMS Works Well in Sulfuric Acid

- At lower concentrations of sulfuric acid, SAMMS was able to adsorb >95% of mercury and remain quite stable

- In a concentration of 96% sulfuric acid, SAMMS lowered the mercury level by >92%

- In sulfuric acid solutions with a mercury concentration of over 100 ppb, SAMMS was able to reduce the level over 70%

- Starting in a solution with 10 ppb, SAMMS was shown to lower mercury levels 90%
